Why We Need More Women in Business

Author: More and more women are entering business, but we need more? A large number of women starting a business working from home initially because they have family flexibility and the need in their careers. In the past, many women started working as shop assistant
s, clerks, nursing assistants and factory workers, without going into jobs as a career. Today’s school girls are more ambitious and are given many more opportunities. For example, at the time that more women are talking about a medical career, and as a nation we are producing a greater number of female doctors.
I would encourage more women to enter the business. There are many opportunities provided to work from home to give mothers the opportunity to work near children. One of the biggest growth industries is the internet marketing. With most people having access to a computer at home the possibilities are endless, this is an area where they can enter without prior experience as mentors are available to help with many of these opportunities. Working with a business mentor is increasingly common – based on the experience of someone who will help you as you start and grow your business. This is the way forward for all businesses – not only if you are working from home. And is not this a good way to transmit knowledge and information? We recently created an online business, and working with our own we are happy to mentor have the skills and information transmitted to us.
